Throughout the course, participants explore complex challenges faced by experienced Scrum Masters, developing advanced skills in facilitation, coaching, agile leadership, impediment resolution, and supporting organizational transformation. The training prepares students to act confidently in dynamic contexts, adapt Scrum to different realities, improve team performance, and foster a strong culture of continuous improvement. Although PSM I is not a formal prerequisite, having this certification is strongly recommended and provides an excellent foundation for making the most of the experience.
